Although we like to stay true to the authentic French Charcuterie and Cheese board, we do know that we are in America and Americans put a whole new twist and spin on anything especially Charcuterie and cheese boards! So... we mesh the two together for a more MODERN CHARCUTERIE and cheese experience! We will create a board or table with a symphony of flavorful, locally sourced complimentary products. nuts, dried fruits and a wide variety of artisan crackers and much more. We aim to impress you and your guests by leaving a long lasting impression that will be truly memorable.
15th CENTURY CHARCUTERIE and cheese boards are heavy on the meat and cheese with an emphasis on the cheese. We don't add a lot of fillers. We keep them true to the Charcuterie that was created in 15th Century France. This gives your guest a full cheese experience. If you prefer the new American Cheese board we add all the other yummy ingredients that will satisfy your palate.
21st CENTURY CHARCUTERIE & CHEESE BOARDS AND TABLES
We create a more modern Charcuterie and cheese experience by pairing fresh food items that go well the cheeses we do select. This will include aged meats and cheese, complimentary fresh and colorful fruits, nuts, dried fruits, antipastas, crunchy breads, crackers, jam spreads and all the other accoutrements that we feel will go well on the same board.
